You can drill down on each metric and get more detailed information about the specific performance issues that may need to be addressed. Your team can also provide input on the actions they have taken to improve performance and monitor the actions taken by their peers.

Argus provides a detailed view of the day’s performance so your team can track trends, update actions taken on past and current performance issues and review what other team members are doing to guard performance.

These daily metrics can also be graphed against defined thresholds so performance can be reviewed easily and action can be taken and documented as needed.

Argus also provides multiple views to manage the adherence of your operations.

Whether your operations are centralized, distributed among several sites, or your agents work from home, Argus will provide you with an effective way to manage the real-time adherence of your operations. You can monitor the whole team or watch only those agents that historically performed poorly in relation to the rest of the team.
